Sangathanसंगठन

365 days a year · by invitation only

The internal operating system for Indian political parties.

Every consultancy in this country sells you a campaign — six weeks of war-room theatre that ends on counting day. Sangathan runs the other 359 days. Karyakartas, wards, events, attendance, dues, announcements — in one place, for the leader who actually runs the party.

01 Hierarchy

See the whole party in one graph.

National → state → district → assembly → ward → booth → panna. Drill, search, count. The org chart Indian parties have never had on one screen.

02 Events

RSVPs with real headcount.

Leaders post the event. Members reply with how many they are bringing. Attendance proven with on-the-ground photos. Expected vs claimed reconciled.

03 Voice-first

If they can WhatsApp, they can Sangathan.

Voice notes instead of typed forms. Hindi-first. Designed for the 60-year-old district president whose PA reads to him and the booth worker who can't type Hindi.

04 WhatsApp coordination

We don't replace your groups. We measure them.

Sangathan organises your party's existing personal WhatsApp tree — schedules content cascades, aggregates delivery receipts across thousands of groups, flags overlap. Programmatic outbound via SMS + voice IVR.

05 White-label

Your party, your colors, your domain.

Each party gets its own subdomain, logo, palette, copy. Your members never see the word Sangathan if you don't want them to.

06 ECI-ready audit trail

Compliance, not just hygiene.

Section 29A obligations: internal elections, donation records above ₹20K, membership rolls. Sangathan generates the dated, exportable record your general counsel needs.

Your data does not leave your party.

Indian political tech has a memory: the 2018 NaMo-app data transfer, the 2024 Lok Sabha leak of 36 GB of voter PII, the YSRCP-vs-TDP fight over consultancy data access. Every party that uses someone else's software wonders the same thing — can a rival pull our member list out of this?

Sangathan does not aggregate across tenants. Each party gets its own Postgres row-level security perimeter; on paid tier, its own database. We don't sell ads. We don't train models on your roster. We don't see your messages. That's a stance, not a slogan.

What Sangathan is not.

  • — Not a voter-outreach CRM. (Ranneeti, SmartNeta, that lane.)
  • — Not an election-prediction dashboard.
  • — Not a political consultancy in a server.
  • — Not a citizen-facing rating app.
  • — Not a WhatsApp Business bot on your behalf. (Meta forbids that for parties; we don't pretend otherwise.)
  • — Not a 6-week campaign tool that disappears after counting.

That market is crowded and downstream. Sangathan sits upstream: the party's own organizational layer, running year-round.
